TERMS AND CONDITITIONS

PAYMENT-

A non-refundable deposit of $250 of the booking cost is payable upon booking. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received by BE MY BOOTH Photo Booths.

The outstanding amount must be paid to BE MY BOOTH photo booths 14 days prior to the event.

If booked within 7 days of the event, a non-refundable full payment must be made within 48 hours of booking.

If the balance of the booking cost and the bond are not received more than14 days before the event date, the booking will be cancelled and the client will forfeit the deposit.

If the client requests use of BE MY BOOTH Photo Booths’ services in excess of the time noted on the Booking Agreement, this will be billed at an agreed hourly rate for each additional hour or part-hour, this is to be paid cash direct to the booth host at the event.

A travel surcharge may apply to events 100km from Rye.

CANCELLATION-

If the hirer cancels within 14 days of booking, the Deposit will not be returned. Prior notice is required of changes to the time and date of the event. BE MY BOOTH cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue.

PRIVACY-

The booth box will not sell your details to any third party and will take reasonable measures to ensure that your details remain confidential.

HIRING, DELIVERY AND SERVICE-

Delivery, set up and removal of the Photo Booth are free of charge. Time taken to deliver, set up and remove the Photo Booth will be outside the rental period. A trained photo booth operator will be within close proximity of the Photo Booth at all times to ensure smooth running. At all times care will be taken by BE MY BOOTH to ensure delivery of high quality photo strips, however, should equipment failure or damage caused by personal injury or guests occur, liability is limited to monies paid. The hirer will be liable for any damage caused to the photo booth within the duration of the hire.

The client must ensure a space of 3m x 3m or more for the photo booth, access to 240v power within 10m of BE MY BOOTH Photo Booths equipment, all doorways and access paths are at least 80cm wide, if an outdoor event, an undercover area if any chance of poor weather.

USE OF IMAGES-

The client gives permission for all photos taken during the event to be used on BY MY BOOTH Photo Booths website and other promotional material.

INDEMNIFICATION-

BE MY BOOTH will not be liable for failing to perform under the Agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a labour disturbance, Internet outage or interruption of service, communication outage failure by a service provided to us to perform, fire, threatened or actual act of terrorism, natural disaster, or war.

MISCELLANEOUS-

The booth box operator may stop the usage of the Photo Booth at any time during the event if they feel that the Photo Booth is being misused in a way that is dangerous to any persons or potentially damaging to the product. Any variations to these Terms & Conditions must be agreed to in writing by the booth box.

The client agrees that in all circumstances, BE MY BOOTH Photo Booths liability is limited to an amount equal to the booking cost and not be liable for indirect or just click consequential damages.
